I have deep roots within the area with my father having been brought up in Compton Dundon and my mother in Butleigh. My parents settled 45 years ago in Henley near High Ham. Other than a brief spell in Bath my estate agency career since 1990 has always been based in mid Somerset. Outside of work I am a regular gym goer in Wells and Street and enjoy my garden and travel (when time allows!) with my partner of 20 years.

Being a ‘local lad’, has always given me immense pride in having worked in and around the town as an estate agent since 1991. My connections run deeper through sport, having played football, cricket and rugby since my school days at St Dunstans. I’m married to Karen and between us we have three grown up children, Ben, Ollie and Maddie and also cats at home. In spare time I am a keen follower of horse racing and have an interest in a couple of share owned hooves!

You'll generally find me in our Street and Somerton offices and I have been with H&O for nearing 13 years. I grew up locally within the Polden Villages and haven’t managed to stray very far! This said, whilst it doesn’t always go hand-in-hand with local estate agency, travelling the world has always been high on my list of priorities and I’ve been lucky to have experienced as much of it as I have. You’ll find me ever willing to talk about anything sport related, but you’ll struggle to stop me once I get going!

I’ve loved being part of the h&o family since 2014. Having had a few roles I have many strings to my bow, and I love the variety that estate agency offers. I am born and bred in Somerset and having a young family I feel perfectly placed to advise on living in the area. I relish the buzz of a sale but above all else am people focused, I have a friendly yet professional approach and take great pride in supporting sellers and buyers alike through the process.
Lindsay Fletcher
I have been working h&o since January 2021. After 20 years in Leisure & Recreation I decided to take the leap and have not looked back. I am mainly office based but can turn my hand to whatever is required of me, which is needed in such a busy office. I am continuously learning on the job as there is so much involved and no two days are the same. Working part time fits perfectly with being a busy mum of two and accommodates an ideal work life balance.
Sarah Dixon
Beyond the office, I am married to Mark and have four children who keep me constantly busy, so coming to work is light relief. Outside of work I enjoy family walks with our dogs, football matches, dance lessons and competitions, swimming lessons and everything else in between with the children. I enjoy my job h&o, every day is different with new challenges. I am really pleased to now be part of the Sales team, we are all here to provide a great service to you.

I joined the company in 1998 and have enjoyed watching it grow and evolve over the decades. Based in the Glastonbury office, I especially love welcoming back old clients and helping them with their changing housing needs over the years. I am a strong believer in providing good customer service and really enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a sale through to completion. In my spare time I sing in a village choir, and love walking my dog and spending time with my family and friends.

I joined Holland & Odam in 2024, having started my career in agency in 2021 following employment in retail and people management. I've not looked back! Having grown up in Glastonbury, I have a wealth of local knowledge and may be a familiar face to some. I love all aspects of my role whether that be appraising a property, negotiating a sale or conducting viewings. No two days are the same.
I have always had a keen interest in all things property and we are currently renovating our house where I live with my wife and two young sons.
Amy Gregory
Joining h&o in 2022 I started working in the Glastonbury office from the beginning and really enjoy the buzz that the town has and the closeness of the office, I am really enjoying working as part of the team. I have always lived locally, and I am a very proud wife and mum of two young boys (which keeps me busy), and I love to spend time with my family. I also enjoy spending time with friends, travelling, eating out and baking.
Wendy Mingo-West
I have been working at H & O since March 2024 and love the fact that every day is different. Having previously worked in Hospitality I have always enjoyed meeting new people and providing good customer service. I have lived locally for 26 years and watched my 2 children grow up in this beautiful area of Somerset. In my spare time I enjoy, travel, cooking, gardening and reading.
Kate Winch
I am a newer member of the team and have worked part time for h&o since 2021. I am based in the Glastonbury office, which is always good fun but also have a lot of contact with the Street office where I live. I grew up in the local area and moved to Street 8 years ago. At home I have a lovely family, and I really enjoy the outdoors. When I am not working, I like to spend lots of quality time with my two children and family.

I was born in the city of Wells and after a time away I returned to the city in 1994 as I love it so much and missed it when I was not living here! I started working for h&o based in the Wells office in 2003 and really enjoy being part of a friendly and busy team. In my spare time away from work I enjoy Pilates, watching rugby, walking Lily our Hungarian Vizsla and spending time with my new grandson and family.
Mike Rigby
I’ve lived in Somerset for the last decade and love what the county has to offer. From festivals, hills, to the levels and the sea. Spending time with my family is so important and keeps me busy. I love swimming, cycling, and running and have raced triathlon for more than 20 years from sprint to ironman distance. I’ve worked in estate agency for over seven years having previously worked in the fitness and outdoor industries and thoroughly enjoy the daily challenges of working with the public!
Gill Angel
Being a local girl Somerset born and bred I originally attended school in Shepton Mallet and I started my career in estate agency back in 1992 originally as a Saturday person and then progressed, over the years, to a full-time position in the Wells office after spending some time also working in the Street office. As a mum to three grown up children I enjoy helping with the young grandchildren and spending any spare time baking and with my husband walking, travelling, and entertaining.
June Evans
I have worked for h&o for 18 years and have seen a lot of changes based in the Wells office. The office on the High Street is very convenient to me as I also live in the centre of Wells. Outside of work I have three sons and three grandchildren all of whom take up a great deal of my time. When I am not working, I love reading, knitting, eating out and meeting with friends, and of course spending time with the grandchildren.

My career in property started in 2007 in Somerton. I thought I would give the business a go and it’s still clear I love what I do. I’ve worked in sales and lettings across the area but I’ve boomeranged back to Somerton, where I feel at home. I grew up in Kingsdon and now live in Langport taking full advantage of the river Parrett, when running or on my paddle board. I enjoy time with friends and family, I never say no to a pub roast and a large Malbec!
Caitlyn Bryan
I’m a recent addition to Holland & Odam's Somerton office and excited for a long career in Estate Agency after being a secondary school teacher. I was born in Somerset and currently live in Glastonbury, but have also lived in France for a period of time. My parents renovated houses for a living, so an interest in property runs in the family. At weekends, I make the most of my National Trust membership and visit the local sites and National Trust book shops. I also take part in some of the local running events and reward myself with a very big Sunday roast!
Jackie Westlake
I consider myself a Somerton person having spent my childhood and a large chunk of my adult life living in the town. I’ve always had a keen interest in property and began my estate agency career in 2003 in the same Somerton office where h&o are now based.
I like to think I have local knowledge and interest which helps me provide the best service to our clients. Outside of work I enjoy spending time by the sea and watching Yeovil Town and Somerset Cricket .
Lettings Office
Lettings Manager
Gemma Acreman MARLA
I have been in the residential lettings industry now for ten years and have been Lettings Manager at h&o since 2018. Outside of work, my passion is spending time with my family and enjoying watching my children grow! Alongside that I enjoy various country pursuits as hobbies when I have time. Aside from the whirlwind of home, I am extremely passionate about my job and providing a professional service whilst still being down to earth and relatable.
Lettings Assistant Manager
Cameron Shepherd MARLA
I have been with h&o now for several years working my way towards becoming Assistant Lettings Manager within the team. Street is my hometown, and I am born and bred Somerset. I love the variety that each day offers in the busy office. My favourite hobbies are playing football, watching Formula 1 racing, exercising, and socialising with friends. I have just brought my own place and am looking forward to the next chapter of life.
Nicola Unger
I have been with h&o now since 2021 and love being part of the team dynamic. No two days are the same and I enjoy the variety. Outside of work I love to play football and try keep myself fit with regular exercise, whilst also finding time to socialise with my friends.
